workin' on my fitness.


what i love about working out the most, is how you have to push yourself,
"just a little longer, finish this song up, or even common you can do it"
and afterward you feel great.

i worked out for the first time tonight in a while. 
i did indeed get a gym membership to MILPITAS HEALTH. 
so for all of you who gym there, holla at ya girl :]

i will most definitely be doing the spinning classes,
after doing them with the WV TRACK TEAM, 
i want to sweat like that all the time..


ON ANOTHER NOTE:
i've been blessed with great friends and an amazing boy.
all of them make me smile like no other,
so thank you seriously.
